So, I've not had much of a relationship with running for the past 6 months and it's really shown in my health and fitness. I decided to take my health and fitness back. I won't lie, it was a struggle getting out of the door- I was even tempted to do housework before going! But I made myself get out of the chair, turned the TV off and put my trainers on. Set my fitbit away, pressed go on my C25K app, and the first song on my playlist- This is me! Between that and it's the final countdown on the last stretch home I knew I was doing the right thing. But it's only a couple of pounds and I seem to be on the mend now. Still have the sneezes, the rattling cough and the blocked nose, but thy are becoming less frequent and I'm now sleeping through the night again. Anyway- back to my goal of getting fit. It wasn't a run, but I did take myself out for a...
