What's the Story Morning Glory?

Not much really, I seem to have hit that 'let's pick up every bug going' part of my life... so I'm practicing a little self care. That doesn't mean stuffing my face with chocolate, it means eating healthily, getting plenty of sleep and doing some lower impact exercise. Keeping active is the key, if I stop doing everything then I don't want to start again, and that has kind of happened with running... so I'm making a commitment. I'm starting c25k again this week. Has to be done, I feel so much better when I run. What have I replaced running with? Walking, always a healthy lower impact alternative and a local low impact SOCA class. But it's only a couple of pounds and I seem to be on the mend now. Still have the sneezes, the rattling cough and the blocked nose, but thy are becoming less frequent and I'm now sleeping through the night again. Anyway- back to my goal of getting fit. It wasn't a run, but I did take myself out for a...
